Vehicles

Grasping and manoeuvring vehicles is great for gross and fine motor skill development. And it gives children’s imagination the space to soar because they can mimic what they’ve seen you do in the real world: drive along, stop at the traffic lights and get stuck in a traffic jam!

As well as aiding development of motor skills and imagination, playing with vehicles can introduce young children to new concepts such as ’stop’, ’go’, ’fast’, ’slow’ and so on.
